This is an all content viable Character with top tier clearspeed and insane boss DPS (Voidfletcher, many +arrow sources and cold scaling). When you need to kill endgame bosses, take out HH, Shackles, Kaom's, Vigil, Inspired Learning for well-rounded items like Stygian Vise, Tombfist and rares with life+resists.
Headhunter package isn't necessary for great clearspeed and clearing all content, but without it 5-ways aren't nearly as great.
In the video I use budget +1 secondary TS projectile helmet enchant, not +2. This also means that it's still as strong in 3.8, but probably +1 TS will cost more than before.
