Poison Blade Vortex Assassin - Legion (3.7)

Pretty cool poison blade vortex assassin build that can farm tier 16 maps and use special sextant mod to become faster than Headhunter. Also more explanation about how to get insane speed. Using recently buffed Apep's Rage wands for single target and Obliteration wands for clear speed.

Ascendancy: Assassin Bandits: Alira (crit multi, mana regen, all elemental res.)

Auras and buffs: Vitality (can be any level). Malevolence. Aspect of the Spider. Temporal chain + blasphemy. Wither totem for single target.

Items: 2x Apep's Rage. 2x Obliteration (corrupted with AoE). Maw of Conquest. Fenumus' Weave. Solstice Vigil. Golden Rule. Forbidden Taste. Watcher's eye (life gain on hit Vitality + something (ailments deal damage faster Malevolence if you can afford)).
