How to craft my cluster, use harvest life chaos to roll at least life/effect/res (don't care tier) And use harvest: Reforge a Rare item, being much more likely to receive the same modifier types to roll all t1-t2 , done
this cluster small passive will give you 16%damage 13 maximum life 4% all res 6% fire res
very srtong, not the most dps cluster, but you can craft more dps mod on other item and no need to care about res, and not so hard to craft
