EDIT - Seems like Invert The Rules support has spiked super hard in price after I recorded the video, I bought it for 90c but its now 5+ Divine so budget is closer to 15 Div at this point, I recommend you just use Elemental Damage with Attacks support instead and just lose about 5% damage.
