Hi all!
Here is my update. If you've found any cool tech, I'd love to know it. I spent several hours today trying to fix the build and think I've finally got it in a decent state. I also spent a lot of time on reddit, youtube, and poe ninja to see what everyone else is doing with frost darts and infusions to get a better handle on how I want to do it.
