Using unique spear to bypass poison limit and stacking int for Hand of Wisdom and Action to gain flat lightning damage, which is then converted to chaos. Ritualist ascendancy and good rings with flat damage. 20k+ evasion with 80% chance to deflect. Able to move pretty quickly while using Twisters. Pretty cheap to start but can become very expensive if you want to min max.
