Hello exiles, today I'm here with Lightning Bama. Despite being nerfed, it still feels great. The build's budget is between 300-350 Divine. For those who can't find the Spectral Leader, it drops from any T17 map, and unfortunately, you have to search for it in the map by holding down the "A" key. However, since it's a common mob, I was able to find it in the second map. Enjoy!
