Hey guys, I'm bringing you the Kinetic Blast DeadEye set, which many of you have asked me if it's better than Warden or Elementalist. In my opinion, it has better clear for mechanics like breaches or Legion Tier 5. It'll be perfect for early farming in Dunes, and while it feels a bit lacking for boss fights or killing tough enemies, the clear is incredibly good, even with Delirium at Tier 16.

Note: If you don't want to rely on mana, you can craft the "Non-Channeling Skills Have -7 To Total Mana Cost" skill on both rings. If you don't want to use Arrogance to save life, you can also use the "Non-Channeling" skill on the Amulet, plus all the mana cost reduction skills in the skill tree. The cast of Kinetic Blast should cost 13 to 8 mana per use.
