4 Permanent minions to cap Shield of light (SoL) waves and sustained with master surgeon + a flask with life recovery to minions.
The bell + second winds allows me to chain SoL and glacial shield swipe (GSS) without waiting to be hit.
Master surgeon, sorrow of the divine and unexciting block make the awful emperor's vigilance mods into a real defense layer.
Overall i'm happy with the build for a league start, dmg is on the low end but it's fine, it feels tanky enough and foulborn ylfeban can always apply more curses to help with dmg.
Edit: i'm still missing stormshroud that's why i'm getting chilled,
