First time building PF so it might be not tweaked like the implicit for my armour still need to upgrade some.

Just wanna share this PF build for lacerate cold conversion :D
There are a lot of improvements for this build since I was using my lvl 99 PoB
I just got to lvl 100 and I change a bit of my tree then fixed my defense layers but also reducing my hp a bit in the PoB I will provide.
It's not that a bit different with the PoB I used in the vid.
