Keep in Mind that this is STILL an insane Upgrade defensively AND offensively since we will ALWAYS be able to click Arcane Cloak again off cooldown since our mana is always full (which usually is not the case on single tanky mobs) + Chaos defense is way better. Also our Average DPS is WAY higher since we can spend way more!
