The final part for this build! Got to Level 100 quite comfortably, and had a very fun time with explodey chests + hatred + glacial cascade AoEs. I think I ended somewhere at like 6m DPS, but this build was never really meant for giga DPS or bossing, and instead, I just wanted to explode breach maps and expeditions all the way to 100 :D
Also please save yourself the currency and don't craft the way I do, I just like making my own gear and it's the only way I know how haha.
