I put AG and Spectres into a custom flask and added a loadout for bossing too, check it out. PoB is currently bugged with march of the legion, haste should not reserve any mana

With the buffs to block, this turned out to be a pretty beefy character. Min-Maxing gear was fun and cheap because almost noone was playing it this league. I spent roughly 30-35d

Any feedback how to improve would be greatly appreciated.

I want more damage, but I run out of ideas what else I could use.
