How new self-chill work:

• The Arkhon's Tools is a new belt which can make Skitterbot's aura affect to us and add a new aura apply debuff Scorch. So we are chilled, shocked and scorched. With Winterwave ring, we reverse effect chill so we can get up to 30% action speed. With Inpulsa, we're unaffect by shock, so we skip the shock debuff on us. About Scorch, this effect just lower elemental resistance so just take more res on gear
