i was gonna roll this build BEFORE they buffed the scourge stacks to not have diminishing quant returns...bit of a rambler vid here, feel free to discuss how good my thumbnail is and any other questions in the comments! i didn't actually go over my gems so please refer to the PoB or my character if you wanna see, nothing is set in stone though. is it weird and cringe that 'krangle' has entered colloquial speech in the PoE universe? probably.
