You can automate some of the skill gems with numlock such as Withering Step (Be careful cus it eats up your dash count and cooldown) Enduring Cry (Can be clunky) Blood rage is not necessary if there are too much buttons for you.

NOTE : For all of your gear, +1 arrow might be harmful for your build so might as well not go for it. Just look for double dot multi + attack speed with life
