Overview

Probably the best leveling build I ever used, effortless and easy - BV spectral wolf is a Path of Exile Occultist build by Scarlight, made for the Kalguur league (3.25). It is centered on Vaal Blade Vortex and plays as a critical, dexterity, spell, area archetype. In Path of Building it reaches 712.02K DPS with 7.26K effective HP, 1.93K life. Key uniques include Mark of Submission.

POE 3.25 Settlers of Kalgur

An improvised version of it from myself, I think scaling it with poison BV was probably the best because of profane bloom for clear. It was literally so easy that I only took about 4-5 hours from Act 1 to 10. Hope you guys can enjoy too!
