This CWDT Occultist is not my own build, i just took it and did some upgrades and made this very easy video guide! For this build you don't need a lot of currency, just around 100-150 Divines. Remember to make it work you should have 99% reduced minions duration and 16-22% increased cooldown recovery rate. Use flasks and double swap your weapon.
