PoB: https://pobb.in/J8NgNZwD6JmQ (POB NOT OPTIMIZED, tinctures don't work and I have no idea how to calculate the dps of scourge arrow, I don't think you can other that to estimate with gameplay.) Warden is most likely going to be the meta ascendancy for bows now simply because of how broken double tincture is (3x your damage with 100% uptime). The build has enough tankyness to smoothly do pretty much any content, just dodge big phys slams from bosses.
