This Build Feels Like Cheating - Mahuxotl Molten Strike Destroys Ubers | PoE 3.21 Build Guide

I can't detail every permutation of possible gear you can use instead, since you can get the same stats in different places But I go over some different possibilities / alternatives (budget) in the video Weapon: Pneumatic Dagger ----------------------------------------------------------------------------- 1. Get a pneumatic dagger ( ilvl 82+ ) with 35% or 40% attack speed on the crucible tree and potentially some other good stuff. (Attack speed is premium for the overall feeling of the build. It's still a net benefit even with the less global damage) 2. Perfect Fossil for at least 28% quality. ( add a Gilded Fossil if you want) 3. Essence spam for 2 high flat elemental prefixes, and either attack speed or dot multi ( chaos or generic ) suffix Annul until you only have those 3 mods 4. Multimod Hits can't be evaded and the other suffix ( Attack speed or DoT Multi ) ----------------------------------------------------------------------------- Shield: Mahuxotl's Machination ----------------------------------------------------------------------------- 1. Buy a clean one and put a tree on it. 2. If you hit something useful, you're done 3. Otherwise, sell for a slight loss and repeat **so it seems my video on this shield popped off a bit and they're a lot harder to buy clean now, so don't worry too much about the tree i guess. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------- Helmet: Blizzard Crown ----------------------------------------------------------------------------- 1. Buy an ilvl 83 Blizzard Crown with molten strike enchant 2. Warlord Exalt Slam and get (7-10)% of Physical Damage from Hits taken as Fire Damage along with another Warlord mod Chaos spam and annul or alt regal works 3. Orb of Dominance and hope you hit the phys taken as fire, otherwise, get back to chaos spamming 4. Get a hunter helmet ( ilvl 85+ ) with Nearby Enemies have -9% to Chaos Resistance and another Hunter mod Buy one like this or roll it yourself 5. Orb of Dominance for -12% chaos 6. Awakener's Orb and hope for open prefix or suffix (having both gives you more options). If filled, annul if you have the balls 7. Aisling and hope for a suffix (if item only has 4 mods, bench craft something on it first to reduce the odds of removing an elevated mod) If suffix, you want (81-90)% increased Duration of Ailments you inflict while Focused. Then craft life if open prefix, suppression if open suffix If prefix, you want +2 to Level of Socketed AoE Gems. Then craft focus ailment duration if open suffix. If you hit neither, you're sad, and just craft focus ailment duration 8. If you brick the item, cry. Then try again ----------------------------------------------------------------------------- Body Armour: Cloak of Flame ----------------------------------------------------------------------------- 1. Buy one with good corrupted implicit(s). +1 max all res if possible, otherwise, other good implicits are reduced fire damage taken and life 2. Socket, Link, and Colour with tainted currency ----------------------------------------------------------------------------- Gloves: Rare ----------------------------------------------------------------------------- 1. Fractured T1 Life 2. Envy Essence until T1 Attack Speed and open suffix with open prefix ( Eldritch ) Annul if you need to. 3. Multimod + Suffixes can't be changed ( wild bristle matron is a bit cheaper ) Veiled Chaos If you have +2 AoE Gems on your helmet, then you can skip the multimod and pray for a suffix Or you could just craft focus attack speed, slam some prefixes, and call it a day. 4. If prefix, block conversion and unveil ( you want +2 AoE if you don't have it elsewhere ) then bench craft Focus Attack Speed If suffix, you want focus attack speed. Then bench craft (24-28)% increased Damage during any Flask Effect 5. Grand Eldritch Ember for Chaos DoT Multi you can conflict this up if you want, but it can get pretty expensive for just a few % 7. Greater Eldritch Ichor for Poison Chance ----------------------------------------------------------------------------- Boots: Rare ----------------------------------------------------------------------------- 1. Fractured T1 Suppression (get one with lightning damage lab enchant already on it if possible, as long as it's not more expensive than paying for an enchant on tft) Dex + Int Base so you can get suppression and int on it. 2. Horror Essence until you get a good Intelligence roll 3. Suffixes can't be changed ( wild bristle matron is a bit cheaper ) Veiled Chaos 4. If prefixes are full, use an eldritch ember and Eldritch Annul 5. block mana and unveil Movespeed / Avoid Chill ( chill not needed if using stormshroud ) 6. Bench craft life 7. Slam for potential hybrid life 8. Grand Eldritch Ember for +1 max fire res 9. Exceptional Eldritch Ichor and then Orb of Conflict Repeat until you have +2 max fire res. 10. Grand Eldritch Ichor for Faster Poison ----------------------------------------------------------------------------- Amulet: Aul's Uprising ----------------------------------------------------------------------------- Anger or Wrath. Go for wrath if you need the int, then you just swap your divine blessing aura Vengeant Cascade, obviously ----------------------------------------------------------------------------- Ring 1: Circle of Nostalgia ----------------------------------------------------------------------------- I originally wanted chaos damage and buff effect, but I was able to find an onslaught one with efficiency, so I built around that instead ----------------------------------------------------------------------------- Ring 2: Vermillion / Opal ----------------------------------------------------------------------------- 1. Buy an Elder Vermillion Ring (Hunter if it's cheaper) 2. Fertile Catalyst while it's white 3. Buy an ilvl 80 Hunter Ring (any base) 5. On the Hunter ring, Alt / Chaos spam for Curse Enemies with Despair on Hit as the only hunter mod on it 6. On the Elden Ring, Alt / Chaos spam for Gain (16-20) Life per Enemy Hit with Attacks as the only elder mod on it 7. Awakener's Orb and pray 8. Bench craft life (might need to annul or -prefix +suffix beast craft) potentially, you can aisling life and bench a damage prefix (or vise versa) ----------------------------------------------------------------------------- Belt: Stygian Vise ----------------------------------------------------------------------------- 1. Obtain a belt with T1 or T2 life and T1 flask effect, one open prefix, and one open suffix You can buy one (I bought it) or make it yourself (Use Fertile atalyst while white if making it yourself) If I were to make it myself, then I'd probably alt regal (try to get flask effect on the alt/aug), bench block a prefix, and exalt the second suffix. 2. Block the suffix with anything, Hunter Exalt Slam and hope for good Chaos damage or %Life If not, you can settle or try again 3. Prefixes can't be changed, reforge chaos 4. (optional, I skipped cuz I didn't need it) Aisling for hybrid chaos res or int this can get really costly if unlucky 5. Bench craft 15% increased Flask Effect Duration ----------------------------------------------------------------------------- Jewels: ----------------------------------------------------------------------------- 1. Buy them For the timeless jewel, you need Rakiata for Tempered by War. Try to get at least 10% phys taken as fire. * one fan of blades is efficient, idk about two ** you'll need some flask stuff on your jewels, copy me if you're lazy, or figure it out using the calculator(s) in the video description *** I'm only using a medium cluster like that because I had it lying around. You can run something like Distilled Perfection / Brewed for Potency an ----------------------------------------------------------------------------- Flasks: ----------------------------------------------------------------------------- Try to get the highest base duration you can afford on the utillity flasks You can buy 30% quality flasks Use a 30% quality Saturated Divine Life Flask, slower recovery rate means you need to press the flask less often. ilvl 81 for Saturated life Flask *just alt spam and potentially annul the suffix. The suffix needs to be something that has an immediate effect so you can use the flask on full life You might need T4 Research Hillock on progenesis -----------------------------------------------------------------------------
