level as basic chaos dot but remember to get a skeleton gem in act 1 and level it up! i swapped right at act 3, bought a 1c baron helm for +2 minion and 20% minion life and cruised the rest
biggest gap in defences is phys dmg - can be somewhat mitigated with more es, perfect warlord spectre for endurance charges, kingmaker on AG for 10% fortify, maybe even turtle spectre for determ. i havent been having too much issue with it though
