This is my leaguestarter for 3.29 which utilizes the low duration aspect of the cat farrul's fur tech for fast charge generation. With duration lower than our attack speed, and enough warcry cooldown recovery and exert attack count, we can make every one of our holy hammer of spirals benefit from max power charge and intimidating cry exertion.
