Using charms to get 10% shock + 9% increased damage taken(Consecrated Ground). Should have done 4th Primalist mission to get Culling Strike charm though.
Using Spectre: Perfect Warlord + Perfect Guardian Turtle. If using them with LV21 Raise Spectre gem you can copy these and paste to Custom Modifiers:

The Fourth Vow + Divine Flesh is very good.
