Took me around 3 hours from starting the pob to the finished product. I spend around 400 divines I think.
This can be pushed much further if you get perfect 6 passives cluster jewels with snyth implicits, lvl 100 and 1 passive Voices, a dedicated Haste aura bot, maybe standard gear, whathaveyou. I might have missed some sources, I did kind of a speedrun with this.
Solo I got to a 18.72x proj speed multiplier. Or 1528% increased proj speed, plus the 15% more mastery. *I forgot about anomalous Blood and Sand, adds another 139% proj speed, for a grand total of 20.32x proj speed multiplier.
