Feel free to check the "Is the Enemy Bleeding?" box on and off in the Configuration to get a sense of how much damage that adds. Overall, don't worry about shield charging enemies like crazy to make them bleed first. This skill is available at level 1 and I therefore can say that it's a very easy leveling experience. Just keep upgrading your sword as you progress through the campaign, and use the Runecrafts for either added flat, Envy, or Spectral Wolves on kill. Important tree nodes to make your way towards first: Golem's Blood Tribal Fury (and the mastery) Retaliation Steadfast (and the mastery) Blade of Cunning (go down the left side of that wheel if accuracy is any problem) Your choice beyond these nodes. Take life, block, or damage depending on what you need. Ascendancy order: Impact > Overwhelm > Brutal Fervour > Endless Hunger Feel free to swap these around as needed, Impact probably always remains to be the first and most important however. If you need some early leech, take Brutal Fervour as second ascendancy.
