TLDR : It's ZDPS
I only have 870 strength but damn this is not what i expect.870 strength is 1.914% increased damage if my math is not shit.
Build is not optimize at all.I just put it together in like 30 min but the ZDPS is real.I can pop the strength up to like 1k5 and optimize more but i don't think it's worth it.Already haste,35% cluster and baron to make it 100% and still shit.
There are alot of stronger spectre out there.
