Hi Exiles,

Here is a personal version of Viper Strike the Mamba with the Occultist.

Viper Strike of the Mamba applies one big poison to non-poisoned enemies.

You play with Occultist buffs but it actually feels like playing with an Assassin : you ambush and you assassinate ! I have chosen Occultist for the 2nd curse, easy chaos res and chaosplosions with Profane Bloom.
This build was created in Affliction league (and showcased on this sub), with two Rebuke of the Vaal swords, the Poisonberry Tincture and Affliction charges via Olesya's belt.

Now, we've lost the Tinctures, but I was able to improve the build and get the same DPS as in league : with 4 Low Tolerance notables + poison mastery, we get 1500% increased dmg for our single poison. Then we get up to 300% more dmg with quality and Ashes of the Stars amulet.

The signature combo of the build is :
1- Alchemist's Mark

2- Withering Steps

3- Ambush, to get 100% crit chance + huge crit multi, half of which applies to poison via Perfect Agony keystone.

4- Mamba Strike !

* With Bino's Kitchen dagger, you get juicy poison proliferation as well as chain chaosplosions. You can easily one-tap Breaches, Blight lanes etc. Pinnacle Bosses can be killed with 2 or 3 hits.

* The skill is optimized with +targets (attack mastery + glove Eldritch implicit + Ancestral Cry) and increased melee range. Withering Steps is also optimized to inflict all 15 wither stacks.
