IF you dont have enough flat elemental damage on gear, lightning spear would feel weak for clearing. In that case, just use storm lance and explosive spears on packs too. Once you get Storm Lance, your boss killing rotation is this: Explosive Spear, Explosive Spear, Lance Lance Lance, Explosive Spear Explosive Spear, Lance Lance Lance. And so on. 2 explosives, 3 lances. By the time you throw your 3rd lance, your first 2 spears would have blown up, allowing you to maintain the rotation. Do this all the way through act 2 into act 3.
