This is quick video going over some testing I have been doing to try and see what lightning strike will feel like to play from when it becomes available at act 1:

TLDR: Act 1-2 feels a bit rough but with the new damage effectiveness should feel better Act 3 is ok but Dominus fight is tough as you get stunned out of animations a lot (maybe the fix they are doing to the animation will help this) Act 4+ once you get multistrike the build does very good damage without totems and banner. Act 5+ is a breeze even in 3.24

My plan is champ week 1 as I think it gets to a better place on a budget than Slayer and then will look to swap to Slayer when I have some currency. I just want to see what people do first as do not have the time to flesh out another build as am working all week
