I wanted to make my Cast of Crit Forbidden Rite Pathifnder build even more affordable, while adding the missing magic find pieces, but not losing dps. And still waaaay cheaper than any tornado shot or lightning arrow build. I thought it couldn't be done, but it's just as good.
