Poe 3.26 | Tornado Shot | Scourge Arrow of Menace | Lightning Warp | Budget | Build Guide

Well, the league start went pretty bad for me. This is my current lightning warp tornado shot/scourage arrow build. Its completely ZHP and its driving me crazy lol. Not really recomended to a new players because in order for you to play it you need to position yourself correctly. This is one of the fastest mappers out there and I am already making a perfect farming strategy for this build, so stay tuned! If you have an elemental bow character ready, you can easily respec into this build and try it out.
