Playstyle is simple, instead of running after every pack of mobs, I aggro them as densely as possible.
You will need high movement speed, phasing and a map with open layout, Glacier is an excellent choice, you can get 700+ kills in one cast.

Sometimes debuffs are maintained by themselves, thanks to thick mobs, this is especially noticeable in ritual encounters. Blight duration does not refreshed when spreads via contagion.
