this is my Starcaller build. It still has many flaws, but it's really fun to play and blasts through "normal" content. Currently doing T16 Harbingers, T17 boss rush, Destructive Play, etc.
The main idea is to stack Abyss Jewels with Lightpoacher and Shroud of the Lightless for insane damage scaling. Most of my Abyss Jewels have the "killed recently" mods for damage, crit damage, and move speed. This has 100% uptime for me, as I use the new Worm Ring on my merc and the occasional worm flask myself. Spirit Charges only get consumed once when starting Cyclone, so you don't really need to worry about uptime. Against standalone bosses, you could ramp your stacks with worms beforehand... but that sucks.
