Core Item:

1. Binds of Bloody Vengeance: All Hits with your next Non-Channelling Attack within 4 seconds of taking a Critical Strike will be Critical Strikes
2. Sublime Vision (Hatred): Always inflict Brittle while affected by Hatred 3.Fulcrum: Elemental Ailments you inflict are Reflected to you

Core Mechanic: inflict brittle, and it will be reflected back to you with Fulcrum, so your self-hits have a base crit. Forbidden Rite's self-hit has a crit roll of 0, so it will always crit as long as it has a crit chance. It's Forbidden Rite that enables the belt, not Boneshatter, I just use Boneshatter to trigger CWDT Forbidden Rite.
