[PoE 3.23] Recapping my Characters and Feats (1k Solo Delve) from 3.23 + My Ideas for 3.24

Just talking about what I did in 3.23, what worked well and what didn't, and ideas I might have for 3.24

Whispering Ice Trickster was probably my best all-around league starter ever.

Things I forgot to mention: -I also did some Enraged Strongbox farming and actually thought this was way better than the Abyss Affliction farming in my experience. -I think I made a mistake when talking about Delve. I said it stops scaling at 2500, but I believe the correct number is 6000.
