A very early, in progress build. Is this weapon viable? I believe the ragestorm also snapshots your current damage/attack speed at the time it starts, so you can do a lot with that. Molten Burst dps is pretty insane with this. I'm sure my supports aren't perfect, but I'll get it developed and we'll see what it can do!
