This uses an enmity of divine with foulborn skin of the loyal to scale elemental penetration, plus crit, for hit damage.

The Sands of Time is a goated self-cast weapon, giving both clear and single target. The proxies do not get the 1 wave limit, so will deal full damage even with poor positioning or with echoing/acceleration shrines.

I made most of the build in SSF and don't trade much, otherwise the budget would be around 10-20div.

For SSF, Replica Veil of the Night helps overcome the Enmity downside, but many small physical hits can be brutal with zero armour. Cloak of Flame and Foulborn Xoph's help mitigate but it's important to keep your endurance charges up.

Flasks just add damage, and with good max fire res jewels you can easily forego the Ruby Flask.
