If you want to play this build it is not necessary that you follow this 1:1. For example, maybe you can hit max virulence stacks comfortably with 90% poison chance, then you could use some other tattoos. Other timeless or cluster jewels are also possible, only pure agony is not negotiable. There are probly some nice notable combinations possible,when you use the refracting fogs added in 3.28.
