[Path of Exile v3.27] How I leveled before using Foulborn Doedre's Scorn Lunaris Circlet.

Use the LoadOut on the Top Right Cost about 62 Chaos, Most coming from Helm, Astra amulet, & Seven league Step. If you leveling a 2nd character you most likekly have a few of these unique already. You can also level as a Caster, I was just working on a Melee Build. My Set up is on the (Glass Cannon)() Side till we Swap at lvl 39 I prefer using Frost Blades with Ancestral Call, any other 3rd support helps, and a vaal double strike till the Swap at 39. Keep the axe unique as a off hand swap to move around faster, It can still clear most trash mob as well. Get Int if you don't have enough for lvl 1 frost blink. I didn't lvl any skill up, mostly from lazyniess. Keep up with mana Flask Levels when you swap gear set at lvl 39. At this point, you can just get life nodes, and res on tree and gear. Make sure you cap out Your RESISTANCES!. if you find it hard, swap out your boots for rare ones. overall, this leveling method was pretty smooth, with low effort, and the cost is not too much.
