Can a min-maxed Ice Shot be a bosskiller? (ft barrage support + voidfletcher)

Since we're going to quit this league, we thought of min-maxing our Ice Shot(supposed to be our MF build), and see if Ice Shot could deal single-target dps or nahh~

And the result is pretty...disapponting. Without barrage support, Ice Shot basically cant burst high tier bosses within secs. So yeah..

DONT TRY to invest your sweet currencies into ice shot, this skill is made to be an awesome clearspeed, thats all.
