[Path of Exile] Update For Syndicate Operative, Carrion Golem, Zombies, Atlas Passive in 3.13 - 696

"Fixed a bug where Syndicate Operatives would incorrectly run into melee range before throwing their daggers." and "The knife-throw skill used by spectred versions of Syndicate Operatives is no longer considered a spell (and will therefore not be supported by supports like Spell Echo)." Syndicate Operatives are op again but this time without pinpoint and spell echo. "Summoned Carrion Golem now deals approximately 20% less damage at all gem levels." Still strong build but with "The Cluster Jewel notable Rotten Claws now causes minions to have a 12% chance to Impale on Hit with Attacks (from 20%)." Now only 1 large cluster now and we fit in anomalous impale support for an extra 10% chance to impale for the carrion golems. Also, harmony stacking. Looking to upgrade my zombie hp, zombie dmg, without really sacrificing my own survivability :D and planning out the end end end game maven orb items with elevated mods :D Atlas Passives biggest update, I still love farming burials :D
