Overall solid but takes a lot to get going, especially getting enough damage to trivialise i83 sanctums. When the build has enough damage to just warp around it is quite excellent for sanctum. However, in addition to the investment required it also needs to swap gear, stand still to do dps and has inconsistent dps due to relying on high shocks. All in all, it makes the build fall short compared to top tier sanctum specialists.
For general purpose I recommend running determination, spell suppress + lucky mastery and ES on hit watcher's eye. You can also drop crit chance as the build is over invested in crit to ensure more consistent dps in sanctum.
