My current favorite build.
If you have a history of RSI / Carpal Tunnel like me, this is definitely a build for you! TBH if they didn't nerf RF that hard, this build wouldn't be as popular as RF has a much lower barrier to entry.
Granted, there is a COS (Cast on Stun) variant that doesn't use the Fulcrum at all and is as effective as the Fulcrum variant (since its 15 Divines in Affliction League)
