With Determination and phys taken as nerfs, physical mitigation has become much harder to gear for. This character was adapted from Ruetoo's Slayer template and modified to use capped evasion and block to maintain high stacks of crab barriers from Aspect of the Crab (which is not an aura, and thus usable with Sublime Vision). This, along with endurance charges and PDR mods on chest, shield and helm (delve suffix) allow for 90% PDR without reliance on stationary mechanics.
