I have been working on an omniscience deadeye tornado shot. Probably the most fun I have had with a character in a long while. That being said, I have invested a fair bit into the character and am looking into doing some rather min-max upgrades. Only thing is I don't know enough to really take it to the next level. I have enough currency to do a couple of item gambles, meta crafts, and so on, I just don't know where to start. I prefer to craft my own items, at my peril, and would love some suggestions on where to focus my efforts on next.

Couple of notes on the build. I am still working on getting resists truly over-capped, missing ~4-6% lightning resistance I can fill in somewhere. Frenzy and Power charges typically last well past bosses unless im doing pinnacle content. Scorched, Brittle and Sapped typically sit at 10-11, 7-8, and 10-11 respectively and have been set in the PoB to reflect. I am getting purity of ice effect on the chest piece soon for another +1% max res. In theory hitting 87% max res is possible with orbs of conflict.
