This is my new Build Guide for Rolling Slam (0.3). My biggest issue with playing RS last league was it's lack of map clear. I ended up using Stampede and hating it. Well now I've got the alternative...
Introducing SLAMQUAKE:
Use Earthquake with a few sources of reduced skill duration to create a great map clearing skill. Paired with new movement speed options on the tree and our new ability to sprint and you end up with a much smoother mapping experience than ever before.
Use Rolling Slam on rares and bosses. One shot most rares, three/four shot most bosses. If you really want to continue to scale damage you can definitely one-shot all end game content. I just decided to focus on item rarity instead.
