Path of Exile 3.28 Mirage League Blood Sacrament Build Guide — in this video I’m showing an unusual but extremely tanky Blood Sacrament setup built around Relic of the Pact, Coward’s Chains, Blood Barrier, Dissolution of the Flesh, and massive life stacking.
