This was almost my league starter this league but i thought it might be too week or difficult to start as. Decided to go for it after getting bored with playing a "low budget" armor stacker
Pretty sure Power Snap is being overlooked right now there are a lot of powerful uniques that support this build and im fairly certain I could have league started this and that the build would still work just as well with much lower investment than what is showcased in this build.
The Herald of Ice and Scornful Herald support with Icebite support is extremely good clear and everyone should try it.
