Update and Leaguestarting This video is an update to my Dominating blow guide in 3.23. The build is still in a great place. In fact, it is probably in a better place with the necromancer buffs. I will leaguestart with it because the build has no key-uniques/items and I honestly enjoy playing it. You simply need to figure out the mana cost and once you have that going, the build will run smoothly. If you are a complete beginner I wouldnt go for this build because it simply stacks too many mechanics into one build.

Disclaimer about Uber-Bossing: This build is meant for pushing endgame Mapping on a cost efficient build. (5-delOrbs/ Wave 30 simu/ Juiced Mapping). Dominating Blow is a Duration Build! This means that Phasing Uber bosses are somewhat annoying to deal with. I do not recommend you to farm ubers on this build because of that.

Disclaimer about Build specific questions This build is optimized for the necromancer. The only other viable version would potentially be the champion however I Wouldnt recommend it^^. Good luck! ~
