So yea not fully min-maxed and I tbh can't be bothered but if you did a bit more reserve from your cluster you can fit in arctic armour to tank things better, so probably do that if you want a better build. EITHER WAY spectral throw is once again GG EZ and can't believe more ppl don't play.
